Newer VCE

I recently had to reset my HDD due to a virus, and I need VCE. I could only find the older one.

I used to have the newer VCE, can someone dig up a link for it?

Odd. Works for me. Just unzip it, then if there is a folder called Event_Variables in it, move it to add-ons instead.
