it's p simple for the wiiu
1: go to friends list
2: click "Register Friend"
3: type in the exact NNID of guy you want to add
4: send it
5: also make a flashy little message or something
6: wait for other guy to accept it

you can also do it via miiverse by going to their profile and hitting "add friend"

oookay i really need help on this little issue i've been having while playing smash
my up and down directions tend to get stuck while im playing
i cant even jump or crouch sometimes when it happens
this is getting really annoying so some kind of advice would really be appreciated
i use a regular 3ds by the way
