Well I looked it up and Assault in the third degree (without a weapon) in Connecticut is considered a Class A Misdemeanor which can warrant no more than a year in jail or a 2000$ fine. Chances are she's not going to see more than a few days in jail and there's a small chance of even that happening. Someone start a petition to jail this woman.
