I never really payed attention to Deve until recently. As far as I know, this type of harassment is typical among males and females on the interwebs and has been around for a bit, especially on here. Deve is just another creep passing through, who will either get banned or realize he has been weird af and miraculously changes(unlikely). Until then, he will be shunned for sure.
