Quick Question: Why does Arma II and III come up when I search 'Creative'

When I search 'Creative' on steam, Arma II and III usually come up in the top 5.
I've got Arma III, (Which I've barely spent any time playing). I was just wondering what makes them creative?

Arma II, and I assume Arma III, have mission editors that allow you to make your own missions. Many people, instead of making missions, make insane stuff.
