An item that, while selected by the player, does nothing. It doesn't even move the players hand up. But, when the player clicks, it moves the player's hand up quickly, but there's a twist- their hand flipping the bird. When it goes up, it should play a "f*ck you" sound (unnecessary cursing here so), and anyone in front of that player gets instantly killed. Then, it should go down.
The middle finger should be an edit of the default avatar hand.
This would be fun.
