seriously flying a plane in blockland requires little to no skill

I do have tried landing, and gotta say it is far from tricky, specially with the stuntplane. I can land the plane on 2x4 plates (one for each wheel) no problem.

The thing is that you cannot do impressive aerobatics in BL with the silly stalling and physics we have. You cannot even do something so simple as a flat spin. Even boom n' zoom air combat tactics fail to work in BL due to our physics.
Besides, I would really like to know who are the pilots? I highly doubt you can find actually 'good' pilots in BL without applications (but you never know).

But as it's been stated, many players just might enjoy this, but I myself am a bit doubtful about this.

Blockland plane vehicle physics are absolutely horrendous. Landing a private jet will, more than likely, end up with you clipping through the ground.

I completely agree about the physics, but if you land the right way (flare (stall) and drop) there should be no clipping what so ever. If this can't be done with a plane here, then that plane is just poorly made.

Landing is one of the few things with BL physics that could be said to work alright (while it is not decent either) as long as you can easily slow down the plane to the stalling speed.
