Quote
1:46 AM - Aearrn II: "Leader of the Commonwealth, I come to you for a reason."
1:47 AM - Aearrn II: "Not one of peace, or understanding. None of those human characterstics."
1:47 AM - Aearrn II: "I come to discuss something that will benefit us both."
1:49 AM - Aearrn II: - The man appears to be on a ship. He is in the bridge, behind him is a window. The atmosphere of Gaia is visible, as are some continents.
1:51 AM - Aearrn II: - The man has a translator on his armor. It appears to have been made after the chart of Erinamese appeared.
2:13 AM - Aearrn II: "We want your help in building a spaceport."
2:13 AM - Aearrn II: - A Cleaver can be seen walking behind Aearrn II.
2:14 AM - Aearrn II: - The hologram can be seen shaking, as the Cleaver makes the Bridge's deck rumble with each step.
3:27 AM - Aearrn II: - The bridge finishes shaking as the Cleaver walks off-screen.
3:28 AM - Aearrn II: "As I was saying, we need a spaceport, and we think you can help.
3:28 AM - Aearrn II: "
3:28 AM - Aearrn II: - The translator appears to give out perfect Erinamese.
3:28 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: - Chanting and worship in Erinamese can be heard ambiently around His Holiness in his monestary.
3:29 AM - Aearrn II: // k
3:29 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "How may we help you?  We have no means of even getting into space."
3:30 AM - Aearrn II: "We know your people are smart. They came from another universe, no?"
3:39 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "Well, yes.  We came from a large and powerful empire, but we are not loyal to them.  Months ago, when we attempted to send you records of our specific past, which were unfortunately rejected, we had attempted to illustrate that the Silver Crest was an organization against the generally autocratic rule.  While our roots indicate we come from an empire of power and prosperity, our link has been severed as to seek asylum on Gaia.
3:40 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "We have the knowledge, yes, but not the means to accomplish it."
3:40 AM - Aearrn II: "Human, we do not care of your roots and how it change you. We wanted to know because, if you do, then we can give you the means to accomplish it."
3:40 AM - Aearrn II: "We hold people that can build spaceports, but not enough of them."
3:41 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: - A monk wearing purple and white robes hands the Consul a cup of tea.
3:42 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "As I have said, we have the knowledge available to us."
3:43 AM - Aearrn II: "We can give you the means."
3:43 AM - Aearrn II: "We just need the knowledge."
3:43 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "We have not the means to get to space, though if it be in your interests and courtesy to allow humanity to assist you, we will gladly oblige."
3:44 AM - Aearrn II: "It would be in our interests, because we'd give you the means to build a spaceport."
3:44 AM - Aearrn II: "Of course, one of joint use."
3:44 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: - The consul sips his tea.
3:44 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "That is very good indeed.  It is an honor."
3:44 AM - Aearrn II: "What is that you drink, Human?"
3:47 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "It is a drink with traditions thousands of years old.  It is commonly served in cases of social greeting.  It is made by brewing select leaves, grasses and spices through warm or hot water.  I personally love the taste."
3:47 AM - Aearrn II: "Brewing leaves?"
3:47 AM - Aearrn II: - The admiral makes a disgusted face.
3:47 AM - Aearrn II: "How?"
3:48 AM - Aearrn II: "That is."
3:48 AM - Aearrn II: "Horrible."
3:49 AM - Aearrn II: "Why?"
3:49 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "Not all of humanity enjoy its taste or effects.  On humans, it often has effects of calming the mind, invigorating the senses..."
3:51 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "That is besides the point, however..."
3:51 AM - Aearrn II: "Yes, in our fleet, we call that 𐐦𐐷ﺴ᧥꠷."
3:51 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: - The Consul sets down his saucer and teacup.
3:51 AM - Aearrn II: - The translator does not have a proper translation for the word, and just emits the native word.
3:53 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: - The Consul looks perplexed, and asks what that word means, as the translator has rejected the translation due to incongruity.
3:54 AM - Aearrn II: "It is a drink made from dead fish guts, roots of trees, and eyes of rats."
3:54 AM - Aearrn II: - The translator just chooses the animal closest to the native one.
3:54 AM - Aearrn II: "Truly delicious."
3:55 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "Interesting.  Are any of these ingredients aged or dried?"
3:55 AM - Aearrn II: "Yes, the eyes are aged for 10 years."
3:55 AM - Aearrn II: "They pretty much crumble in the drink, leaving a little solid liquid, that is slightly chewy."
3:56 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "Very fascinating."
3:57 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "Now then, we will be willing to help you in this spaceport project, but we ask but one thing in return."
3:57 AM - Aearrn II: "That is?"
3:59 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "We wish that Gaia be recognized as a haven for humanity in exile.  We request that those who live here in peace, without opposition to SI, will be left in peace."
4:01 AM - Aearrn II: "We would never attack humans, unless provoked first."
4:01 AM - Aearrn II: "You misunderstand our passive-agressiveness for true hate."
4:02 AM - Aearrn II: "Oh, and by the way, the drink I said, is fake. I didn't think you'd fall for it."
4:03 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "How disappointing.  I was willing to try some myself."  // (Trying to bring cultures together.)
4:03 AM - Aearrn II: "Human, if we gave you one sip of a true Immoral drink, you'd be dead."
4:03 AM - Aearrn II: "We are much stronger drinkers."
4:06 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "We have a traditional drink called Åkkèlé, that has seen use in military ballistics at times.  Though I do not drink it due to my vows of abstinence– that is, part of my beliefs –I have been told it is quite powerful."  - A transmission is send indicating dietary information.
4:07 AM - Aearrn II: "Human, human, human."
4:07 AM - Aearrn II: - A massive explosion rocks the ship, as a door can be seen flying in the hallway.
4:07 AM - Aearrn II: "That was Leri."
4:07 AM - Aearrn II: "It is a drink."
4:07 AM - Aearrn II: - You can see smoke come out the room, as most of it looks destroyed, as does the dented steel door.
4:08 AM - Aearrn II: "It is drank by children."
4:08 AM - Aearrn II: "The men, drink something stronger."
4:09 AM - Aearrn II: - The whole ship rocks, as an explosion can be felt throughout the whole fleet.
4:09 AM - Aearrn II: "That is Leri II."
4:09 AM - Aearrn II: "For adults."
4:09 AM - Aearrn II: "No smoking is allowed in our bars. The men in those rooms messed up."
4:10 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "If you may wait a moment..."
4:11 AM - Aearrn II: "Yes?"
4:13 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: - The consul talks to an attendant.  He brings back a bottle of åkkèlé.  Three more attendants carry in a portion of a  steel beam for starship construction.
4:15 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: - One more attendant hands the Consul a match.  The Consul pours some åkkèlé onto the beam and lights it, where it burns intensely, and gradually cuts through the beam."
4:15 AM - Aearrn II: - The admiral smirks, and then begins cracking up.
4:15 AM - Aearrn II: "That is very funny, Human."
4:16 AM - Aearrn II: "I would show you our regular drink."
4:16 AM - Aearrn II: "But last time they did that."
4:16 AM - Aearrn II: "They had to get a whole new admiral."
4:16 AM - Aearrn II: "And crew."
4:16 AM - Aearrn II: "And ship."
4:16 AM - Aearrn II: "And fleet."
4:18 AM - Aearrn II: "So, do not try to compare yourself to us."
4:18 AM - Aearrn II: "We would prefer our relationship stay that of close competition and sometimes cooperation."
4:20 AM - Aearrn II: "Now, since we have a deal. We are done here, are we not?"
4:21 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "Yes.  If you say so."
4:23 AM - Aearrn II: - A master of the mob can be seen walking through with his animal through the bridge.
4:24 AM - Aearrn II: - The animal freaks out, as it attacks 2 Commodores.
4:24 AM - Aearrn II: - 4 Cleavers quickly hop onto the scene, drilling the animal.
4:24 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "Oh goodness."
4:24 AM - Aearrn II: - It heels, suffering major injuries. Whole bits of flesh can be seen on the ground.
4:25 AM - Aearrn II: - It would be a very gruesome image to anyone who had never been in SI life.
4:25 AM - Aearrn II: - The 2 Commodores miss a whole head each.
4:25 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: "Excuse me.  I must go."
4:26 AM - Aearrn II: "Alright."
4:26 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: - Transmission ends -
4:26 AM - Aearrn II: - Before the man tunes out, he can see 6 Ground Calvary units rush into the bridge.
4:26 AM - Aearrn II: *FORESHADOWING FORESHADOWING FORESHADOWING*
4:26 AM - ʒevø ¡asen: // The Consul throws up out of transmission.
After a Comms. Link conversation with the leader of the CSC, the decision has been made that the CSC will help the SI build a spaceport, and in return the CSC will get joint usage and a promise for SI not to hurt any renegade nations.

In second communication, The Consul asks Aearnn II to leave options open for a sizeable immigration station, should we be accepting more people into our current nations.

Designs are underway.

The Commonwealth would also find use of XM to be beneficial to its economy, and will be would be looking for a way to pay SI, if they will be willing to retrieve some for us.

The Commonwealth hits a deposit of Coal, and a few weeks later, a deposit of oil.  Celebration occurs.  Oil refineries are built.  We plan to have planes ready soon, and airports ready if needed, though would ideally like go use Gravatic planes, and create the stack-like airport fit for Gravatic planes.

Railways begin to spread across CSC.

Industries grow.

Immigrants can be landed on your side of the spaceport. We shall accept no human immigrants on our side of the spaceport.

You better have a lot of money.

Umm, well we weren't really thinking of taking sides in an airport.

We got brains, and millions of tons of untapped resources.  Since payment wasn't discussed initially, I would like to request that it be paid back in instalments– partially because we have yet to have enough currency to go around, and partially because such a one-time payment would damage our economy.
We can build the spaceport on our own. We offered it to you because it'd take longer without you, and as a formality. We agreed in the Comms. Link that you'd be payed in the form of usage of the spaceport and a promise not to attack humanity.

Both new organizations have been added to the OP, and the news section has been updated.

ok nvm i guess OP will be based in Espovon instead because SC is peace nation
