Figured out a way to exploit the chat to spoof himself as any user he wanted.
This time I've created a ChatBot. http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?action=profile;u=137818
The script sends a PM to the chatbot to verify your account. I think this is a pretty solid method.

Reset works great now.
Just reset, wait 20 seconds, and request a new key. :)
