youtube is not piracy. But look at it this way. Using a library is not piracy, but scanning books and copying cds and movies from a library is piracy

newsflash: in order to watch ANY youtube video your computer first has to download a copy both the audio and visual data of the video first; they're stored temporarily while you're on the page
