but sadly the british have had a claim on it way longer and they got a bit angry at britain
so they invaded the island and had hold of it for a few days or weeks
then britain came along and now the argentinians have to view their airforce with a glass bottom boat

Germany beat a handicapped Brazil yesterday. I think even the US would've beaten Brazil at the pace it was going.

And don't forget Germany just barely scraped through it's match with Algeria. And the US. And Ghana. I think it'll be a close game no matter what.

yeah i mean the only moments where they beat a team with amazing scoring were when they played against teams that weren't organised

Yea. Poor shot from Vlaar, who I thought was actually doing a great job throughout the match. Then the argentinian keeper had a fantastic save against Sneijder or whoever. I wanted holland to win the match (and the whole tournament), but it's their fault for just not converting the handful of chances they had. I wish there was a better way to decide a match without using penalty shootouts, but oh well

Yeah Vlaar really impressed me and a lot of other people this World Cup.

I knew it was bad though when they chose Vlaar to shoot first on the Dutch side. But it's in the past now, and strictly speaking neither side deserved to win after that performance.
