Author Topic: we found a kitten in our car engine [UPDATE]  (Read 6576 times)

so we were driving to oklahoma city to collect a saw to cut up my dead bodies
and then we pull over in a quicktrip to get gas
we here "meow"
"hmm maybe there is a cat outside on the road hold on im gonna go check"
no cats on the road, nor under the car
leaving the quicktrip, we hear "meow" again
we assume it must be in the car hood so we open it up and look
we get the quicktrip people to look through our hood
they think we are crazy
we get on the highway, worried
as we drive "MEOW MEOW MEOW MEOWWWWWWWWWW"
pull over on the busy highway, near a semi
ask for help to look through our hood
the semi driver takes a flashlight
notice some fur in the engine
notice fur is moving
grab fur and begin pulling it out of the car engine
some large creature stretches out, it looks like a ferret or a raccoon
it's trying to claw back inside the engine
finally pull it out, and i am holding a tiny black kitten
kitten desperately tries to get away, i hold it tight
we thank the man and continue to oklahoma city
so yeah we are back now. i've been holding a tiny stray flee-covered engine dust covered cat for like 8 hours
its been domesticated very well after all this time, its playing with us and not running as much
we are trying to give it away to friends on facebook
so yeah

i'll post a picture in a moment

Sorry, it was hard to get a good picture of her since she is so dark.

Alright, I gave away the kitty. I brought it to church (which I don't usually go to) and said that we needed to get rid of a kitten. Eventually some old lady who was a friend of my mother said that it was really cute and that she'd love to have it, so we gave it to her. The cat seemed pretty happy about it.

i think someone found an animal in their engine recently as well but i might be wrong

something like this happened to me as a kid

cept the engine killed the cat

i found a dead rat in my dads old computer earlier this week

more importantly why are you sawing your dead bodies? incinerate them

i know very little of car mechanics here, but wouldn't the cat have easily been killed being inside the car engine? i mean, i saw the trailer to gran turismo 3 when i was a little kid and the inside of car engines with those pistons and fire and stuff is super hot. no fur-covered animal would ever survive in such an environment.

There was a black kitten that kept coming to my door for a while a couple years ago. We occasionally fed it and somewhat adopted it as an outdoor cat, except that it hated dogs. Eventually, we kept finding up inside the engine of our van which was a pain when we had to get somewhere. It did stop coming to our house though. We never got really attached to it so it was just a "notice that it's gone and oh well" moment.

Nothing can really get inside the engine. It could have just been sitting on top of or in between some parts. Probably was hot, but not searing.

yeah lol it wasnt like INSIDE it, it was just kinda crawled inbetween some tubes underneath it
it was probably hot though

Kill the cat.

Problem solved.

there was never a problem noob

He needs to buy some curiosity first. Not a very potent weapon, but works well as a pesticide against cats.

is the kitten okay

...that's a legitimate question

there was never a problem noob

I'd consider it a problem if I had an unexpected guest in my house that I had to take care of until someone else would take it away.

is the kitten okay

...that's a legitimate question
but the real question:

is the engine okay?

No. Is Zealot okay?
