Libertarians and Liberals are not the same thing you pleb
Libertarians AKA Penn Jilette fans try to maximize freedom and autonomy even in the face of weakening security (e.g. legalize all drugs because a country where you cannot control what goes in your body is not a truly free country). They often move with the slogan "You can do whatever you want as long as it doesn't harm anyone else".
Liberals live in a handicapped imagination land where everyone is free to do whatever they want, yet pathetic government nanny laws like "don't drink methanol" exist. Liberals can never win because their goals cannot be reached by the means they deem right. Liberals try to push freedom of speech, but when i draw a richard on their doorstep they start to censor things.
There's the classic example of what would a libertarian and a liberal do in a situation in which they've offended a bunch of muslims with a Mohammed drawing.
Liberal shuts down shop because he doesn't want to offend anyone, hiding behind the fact that they're a tribal stuffhead who expects to get Self Delete bombed
Libertarian keeps doing what he does because he has the freedom of expression on his side and therefore free to draw what he wants whether the muslims like it or not.
