Different Raven. If they were in F-111s they would have been toasted before you even arrived.

how do they think that Mjolnir squadron is going to fare any better

maybe it's a conspiracy to destroy all of the new prototype aircraft

You aren't going to fare any better, I would advise not engaging General Goobledygook and instead focus on the naval and aerial forces supporting him while Misfit flight keeps him off of you.

how do they think that Mjolnir squadron is going to fare any better
Because
A: They need all the help they can get.
B: They weren't expecting the General Tlacelel to spearhead the attack.
C: They had other fighter squadrons on station. All defenders except for Misfit flight were annihilated before Mjolnir flight showed up.

You aren't going to fare any better, I would advise not engaging General Goobledygook and instead focus on the naval and aerial forces supporting him while Misfit flight keeps him off of you.
Misfit 1-4: "Mjolnir, this is Misfit, he's breaking off and heading straight for you!"

Oracle: "Mjolnir flight, you are all spiked, I repeat, he has multiple locks on all of you."

"Holy stuff, how many of them does he have?" I do a high g-manuever upwards, and I do a hard turn right which is when I dump flares.

While we wait for everyone else's actions (if they don't respond in a timely order I'll just have them automatically drop flares) I'm going to do a little progress report on your supplies:

mlockha (F/A-18)
3x HSM
4x AGM
1x Flares

Mr. Hurricane (MiG-29)
7x HSM
4x AGM
1x Flares

Swat 3 (Mirage 4000)
3x HSM
5x AGM
0x Flares

Gojira (MiG-29)
5x HSM
2x AGM
1x Flares

Nozoner (Mirage 4000)
4x HSM
8x AGM
1x Flares

is there an inventory on the attacking naval forces

Pilots are overrated, role for minor guy of opposition

Character Name: Istvan Nikola
Character Age: 38
Role: HUIT Mobile Anti-Aircraft Platoon Commander
Personality: Deceitful, prefers to lure the enemy aircraft into traps while using camouflage and terrain to hide his missiles. Kind of Laid back.
Callsign: Vanguard
Backstory: While not carrying much for his government, he enlisted to defend his fellow people from NAUC forces. Starting out as part of a BUK-M1 crew, he eventually ranked up to command his own air-defense battery.

"stuff!"
I drop flares and jink.

and then a crazy person yelling "Fast, Fast, Slow, Forward 800 Meters" to his tank crew will roll up and start shooting with extremely slow aimbot accuracy

I think the Huits ran out of garage space

is there an inventory on the attacking naval forces
Satellite imagery shows six littoral combat ships, a frigate, and three air-cushioned landing craft on the move.

Current enemy forces in the AO:
8 SEPECAT Jaguar strike craft
1 Quizcoatl

Allies:
2 Raven experimental interceptors
2 MiG-29 Fulcrum air superiority fighter
1 F/A-18 Hornet multirole fighter
2 Mirage 4000 strike craft

Quetzalcoutl*

I launch an AA missile at one of the Jaguars.

Quetzalcoutl*
I know what I said.

It's been like, an hour, so ok, everyone used 1 flare. You all have one left, then you have to resort to fancy flying. Which means you might get hit a lot more.

Tlacelel: "Niaocmitl, niyazecatocha."

Oracle: "Misfit flight, Mjolnir flight, General Tlacelel is leaving the combat area. I repeat, the General is on the run."

Misfit 1-4: "HAH, he's running scared! We won! ...right?"

Oracle: "No. You've got multiple surface ships inbound, bearing 120 degrees. Looks like a frigate and three smaller corvettes."

The Jaguars continue to roam unchecked all over the naval yard. Another crane topples into the ocean, and a munitions warehouse goes up in flames. On the bright side, Misfit flight has now been freed up and begins chasing down some of the enemy strike craft. Now that they're no longer caught in a turning dogfight, their planes' sheer speed is made readily apparent. One of the attackers falls to 1-3's guns.

I launch an AA missile at one of the Jaguars.
It attempts to roll out of the way, to no avail. The missile clips its wing and detonates the carried munitions along with it.

Current enemy forces in the AO:
6 SEPECAT Jaguar strike craft
1 Naval Frigate
3 Littoral Combat Ships

I guess you can prioritize the Jaguars unless the naval task force starts bombarding the shipyard with missiles.

Obrad flys above a jaguar, then quickly descends and locks onto an enemy, firing a missile.
