abuse ledges
parry
strafe circling since he has a spear/halberd and tends to poke; aim for backstab

uh u could mayb stunlock him a bit if you have a p heavy weapon

could wear him down w/ magic/miracles if you have any

or nit pick him as in striking between exchanging blows and raising your shield/backstepping when necessary

when hes close just make sure your guard is up and you have enough stability on the shield

idk about anyone else but the knight disappears for me after I kill him a few times

which is extremely satisfying once chained
