Casual. 
I have light weapons and armor for the right situations. I just find myself being hit and knocked back and then it's just death. So i have heavy armor with a heavy shield and heavy weapons so even a heavy hit only bounces off and i can deal heavy damage.

Also don't feed stuff to Frampt its not worth it
It's worth feeding him worthless things, that only clog your inventory, like any drops from the first enemies and such.
I forgot about the moss clumps, thanks for reminding me. I'll attempt it again tomorrow. My only issue is when all of them come up at once and i can hardly land a hit without being just destroyed.
