Only problem is it's a shared computer and I don't have an account of my own.
Edit: At least on the bright side it's usually me who uses it.

I prefer my primary monitor to be the one on the left.

i've never imagined having a right primary monitor

I prefer my primary start button to be in the center (or as close as possible) which means the right one needs to be primary

My wallpaper is just a solid dark gray, so that doesn't really matter as much for me.
But I definitely see where you're coming from.
