Probably the last wallpaper change I'm going to make on this rig, I'm currently waiting on the parts for my next rig.

The wallpaper has been downsized, it was originally a 1440x(something) image.

Heavily modified, yes. PCSX2 emulated BIOS, someone edited out all the other materials out so it's just the snowflake or whatever it is.

i mean i can see it for android cus you're not at your homescreen the entire time but wouldn't that take up a lot of resources

If he's using VLC, it uses a little bit. It all depends on the video playback backend he's using.
Using the experimental OpenGL backend, it uses about 20%. Cinnamon freaks out a little bit too, but I imagine that probably wouldn't apply to Windows.
