can anyone recommend a free second taskbar for dual monitors on windows 7? I currently have one but the thing has a stupid trial

as you can also probably tell the resolutions are pretty drastically apart from each other and the one on the left only looks good at that certain res (probably because it's supposed to be a tv but whatever), is there a way to "center" the black boxes??
