Considering the actual discussion in this thread is really bare bones, that's not really all that there is to a topic ending.

I've seen some pretty cool rainmeter skins in this thread, anyone know any modern looking rain meter skins for Windows 8.1?

I guess it's Metro? I'm not sure, I ended up having to make half the icons.

aaa, i could not find a vertical visualizer for musics :(
until i find one, have to the use dumb circle visualizer

But people who argue that claim that there is really no good way to change Windows' overall appearance. That's what I was referring to.
