Seems so. I don't really like Android myself. If I bought something that is the equivalent of a handheld computer, I want it to work the same as my main computer.
This is why I like the direction Windows is going with Windows 8 and 10. When the first smartphones and tablets came out, they were nowhere near powerful enough to support a desktop OS. Now some android phones have quad core processors and stuff. It's insane. Now, you could have a handheld device to take with you everywhere and continue the work you were doing back home on your desktop using the exact same program you were using before.
Let's hope that the Windows 10 phones won't be as stuffty as the Windows 8 ones. I could totally see a slightly larger than usual phone with a high DPI (and still a slightly small resolution for a desktop OS) running real desktop Windows. That will be when phones, tablets, laptops and desktops will work the same. It will be awesome.
