Guys I need help.

I have an Insignia Flex 8 inch tablet that I never use anymore, and I found it today in my drawer. It currently has Android KitKat 4.4.2, and I'm having trouble updating. It keeps saying "Check your connection." when I have 5 bars and fast internet connection.

I want to try to get Android Lollipop on it. Model is NS-14T002

Not every device can upgrade to Lollipop, depends on manufacturer.
