both use the nova prime launcher. iirc i got lazy and just ripped the wallpapers off google's "wallpapers" app. using kwgt widgets on the pixel-- sucked up a lot of time and i'm not even sure i'm satisfied with the outcome lol. come to think of it i'm never satisfied with how my home screens look, but at least it's fun messing around with it
