Image is too large, so im just linking the post i made : http://imgur.com/YlJVUEm

a scan with virustotal came up with nothing : https://www.virustotal.com/en/url/34e04197bc31da7bea0b26bef542e10cf2c734d37706e41ab2bdea9608432866/brown townysis/1404645361/

what is this website and how can i confirm its malware because "freecomputerupdates.com" is obviously suspicious

this was obv malware from the get-go and downloading chrome extensions can be ad-ware (even though they dont actually infect your comp)

Note that it's a very bad idea to run a java applet unless you're 100% sure what it is. It's a great way to install a virus on your computer.
