to me it seems that a worrying amount of social justice ppl dont have a particularly high concern for human life, like to them us being at war in iraq or wherever was/is only bad bc we were/are killing people who're muslim or middle-eastern or something, while loss of life in general is not an issue for them. if they were white people they would probably not care. it would just be "war is human nature" or somethin. i dont hear about many of them trying to end school shootings or just violence in general UNLESS of course it is violence against a minority (even if they are not a minority where the violence is happening)
it kinda gets on my nerves cus imo war is a bigger deal than social prejudice. like YES people getting killed over their race or loveuality or gender needs to be ended. but if someone hates gay people is that really more important than the fact that we spend billions of dollars on something that is like 90% about killing? and I don't even think im particularly out of line saying that cus I AM gay. so I have some perspective on it
