that's weird because it looks like it's just being used as a blanket negative term used for anyone who remotely thinks that maybe what these people say might hold some value
funny you said that, didn't you go on a big rant on how i was a sjw not too long ago? you, at the least, called me one form what i remember.

Most of it is stuff about how the color green triggers them and that whenever someone drinks water they offend all waterkin everywhere.

Simple example of the boy who cried wolf.

I just thought it was funny how you were offended at the movie for only making fun of white people while you seem to hate SJWs

you keep bringing that up as if i hadn't said that was not the reason more times than i can count

what is the definition of a social justice warrior anyways

Generally it's supposed to represent people who are very persistent in advocating an issue and being very narrow minded in their approach to it. They typically dismiss the other side as bigoted a priori and usually fail to fully acknowledge more rational arguments against them, and rarely get very radical. An example would be these fine people thinking that #Yesallwomen should never be joked about [Follow up]. This is an extreme example of course.

The term is sometimes misused to represent anyone bringing up a social issue that the other side doesn't like, in a dismissive sense.

I'm confused...? one of those "sjw" people would be happy about a movie making fun of white people. being upset about a movie making fun of white people is the exact opposite of what a "sjw" would be

No true progression is a movie making fun of every race

it was more the fact that Kimon thought it was bad satire because it wasn't equally making fun of both races that I called him an SJW.

also yes that but again i was mostly angry at the fact that they said it was a satire, as if they really though at the end of the movie they'd be like "hate doesnt end hate :^)" without losing their entire audience

people, including you, made the argument that "they are satiring both sides" and also nice job admitting you just threw around a term without applying any sort of actual meaning to it

maybe you should stop being such a.....

ow that strawman, I don't recall ever saying they're satirizing both sides. hell, they can do whatever the forget they want.

also the point I was trying to make was that I was making fun of how you think people are too sensitive when you're doing the same thing.

well maybe my memory is bad but the whole argument in that thread was whether or not it was a satire of both ends, and you were probably on the other side of the argument. and again you were calling me sensitive wrongly because, again, it was about whether or not it was actually a satire on both ends. which it wasnt, which made it a half-assed movie to appeal to the social justice crowd

but... that's not what a "sjw" would do.....
