i was banned once and it was understandable but shortcut was bothering no one. it was actually being encouraged.

I'm confused why it matters who's reporting posts if it's the admin (Badspot) who decides if it was against the rules or not and actually bans them. :P

The fact that Shortcut was banned for being a repeat offender means he is more than aware that it's a bannable offence, and as someone who has been in trouble multiple times before, he should be careful to stop himself. It's not my job to prevent him from spamming.
Giving him another message just means he gets another chance, which he'll exhaust later on down the line. Sorry, but I don't owe him any favours.

but why would that be worth getting him banned over? there are some things that can be considered against the rule that you really dont have to report, especially if it does not effect you at all.

if you have such a significant problem with it (and you seem to be having one) I hear that tumblr is much more lax on the topic
