though my definition of having something forced down your throat is probably less lenient than most people

like if someone wears furry pride shirts, or accessories like paws and a tail in public but doesn't even acknowledge it or bring it up, that's not shoving it down peoples throats

its when people get in your face and scream "IM DIFFERENT, ACCEPT ME OR forget OFF" that it gets problematic, figuratively or otherwise

cuz yeah otaku are worthless and are cancerous to the anime industry, but I wouldn't say it's directly because of their obsession, it's more so that they're worthless people than anything else
