The thing is though most of the said deaths are gang related, as a conservative might say: basically brown people killing other brown people of another color(red or blue).

The solution is to blame Hollywood and rap music. Teach kids that the gang life is a terrible choice and to make movies that don't glamorize them. At the same time teach fire arm safety to reduce accidental deaths.
