Would someone be so kind as to remove the background from this .gif?

I would really love to have the animated silhouette of Meow, but I'm not sure how I would go about removing the background (which is the only faulty thing in the loop)

ok, I was gonna try, but I can't get photoshop to start up. idk what's wrong with it. it just crashes every time
last time it was acting like this, I just had to change the default printer, but I tried changing it like five times, and it didn't work with any of them, including adobe PDF

so... sorry. maybe someone else can do it
