The replacement Laptop Cooler/Stand I purchased arrived today.
The original one came last week with my new laptop, but the button to turn on the fan was broken, and it wouldn't toggle, so it couldn't be turned on. Holding down the buttle would turn the fan on, but releasing it would turn it off, so it was useless.

A courier came today to take away the broken one and give me my replacement, and it works like a charm.
I'm using it now and my laptop is really cool.
