Why do you want to be part of the server staff? I wish to be part of the server staff to help improve the overall status of the server itself. I can also script/make addons and events, so if you need anything, I can help.
What would you do if a player broke the rules? It depends on what they did, how they did it, and the extent to which they did so. Normally, I will issue a warning asking the person to stop if it's an easy offense. However, after that, comes a kick, and then a ban for repeated offenses. But if it's an extreme offense (eg almost crashing the server), I kick them, and if they do it again, it becomes a ban.
Have you been banned from any servers? If so, why? Yes, actually. From when I joined in v19, for the reason "GET OUT YOU DUM BLOCKHEAD", 2 days after I had gotten the game because I was considered a "noob". (Which is also something I do not tolerate).
