It seems that Gingerdemon is also an unorganized idiot and decided to be captain when he doesn't even take this tournament seriously.

Jack Noir and Prokiller are on the server and the match begins in an hour. Were gonna have to presume that the four other players of Russia (including the captain) aren't gonna show up. This means that were gonna need four people (subs aren't really needed since the match is gonna begin in an hour and you'll be able to know whether you can show up or not) to sign up to Russia again, we'll also have to decide who'll be captain.

EDIT: I forgot that each team has five players, meaning we only need three people for this. To join Russia go to the Players/Subs entry point on the server.
