I had them there (Just not the neck thingy, I thought that it wouldn't fit blockbro)
If I feel like it, I'll do all the Europe and Africa, these are not done yet

I made a very basic edit (literally just 5 lines more and 1 recolor) of Threule decal



Of course the edit was an idea I had, I think it looks well ingame

Does the yellow cover everything using the decal bug? Because if I get a 255 color system for character customization I was planning to do that.
If you want, we can try to explore how many kinds of necks are there in modern football/soccer and make my uniforms even better (I ripped them from PES mods, lol)

EDIT: Seems that there are like 4 kinds of neck: round, pointy, round with flaps, pointy with flaps

Tried to do neck today. Either you assume each country is a skin color or try to make whole decal cover everything, which can result in a big failure
