Generally it's not "healthy" per say but it's not dangerous to the child nor the mother. According to the material I'm looking at anyways. For a perfectly healthy, normal pregnancy there's no issue with having love, however it would require some creative positioning later on to prevent discomfort. If there are issues with the pregnancy then love may not be safe and cause bleeding, traumatic contractions, etc.
