I made it happen, but you're gonna have to find a way to take care of both storage and the OS since Windows isnt free. Unless, of course.. you migrate to Linux. Thats one way of forgetting about the cost of Windows. And you can forget about me endorsing pirating Windows OS, so that is straight out the window. ha did you see the pun I made

Perhaps Mint Linux for easy user experience.

Oh, and its $300 after rebates. Its $350 before, maybe somebody can help you cover the cost and give them the rebates when you get the money back. I'm sure somebody might help you there.

you can get windows for cheap from /r/softwareswap
Sorry about being rude.
if you say you're sorry for something when you still have the chance to fix the thing you were "apologizing" for, you aren't actually sorry, so what's the point in saying it

because there was no way for me to phrase while getting my point across that without sounding rude?

damn random thats a good comp for that price lol.

though i would do anything it takes to have a quad core 1150. vs dual.

Definitely a life saver. Shop there for your windows key and, I'm gonna quote myself again from a post I said before,

...
And here is a completed build (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3KBFD), minus the OS since you probably have a key that you can use on your current OS so you can download a factory ISO (THIS IS NOT PIRACY since its the product key that Microsoft wants) for your respective version and just use your current key again (make sure you get a clean image from a reputable source such as microsoft.com, such as here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_install/where-can-i-download-windows-7-iso-i-have-a/7d964b05-2be9-4800-bc7f-3ca30356fc3d, scroll down for Home Premium and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LEGITIMATE PRODUCT KEY, OTHERWISE IT IS PIRACY!), but if you still want a physical copy of Windows (and/or dont have Windows 7), Windows 7 Home Premium is about $80. ...

I mean what's the point in saying you're sorry
and besides that, yes there was
I'd suggest you save your money. Saying "i have no source of income" isn't really an excuse, since you could just mow some lawns or something. It's not worth it to upgrade your machine, I'd build a completely new one instead.
it wasn't even hard

Yo, you brought up the issue of not getting rid of the eMachine because of your uncle earlier. Does this mean no-go on a different case?

ya.

but wont that card bottleneck?

i forgot to ask, but what about air flow? that case looks very minuscule.

also this has the same specs

Case comes with 1 80mm fan and 1 120mm fan, can be replacable if you so desire.

You can add a fan to the side grill if you want to increase the in-take.

I updated my build back on page three. I opted for a mid-tower case with more fan slots but no front fan. Since fans are hella cheap, this shouldn't be a problem as you can drop $5 on an extra fan. Credit to Randomness for the GPU & PSU.

i think this may work pretty well. lemme see benchmarks.

nope, the G3258 is better. also the case you suggested randomness: i cant put a new heatsink in it later; too small.
