stuff. Updates will come in when I can edit the thread.

UPDATE: Malaysia Airlines (@MAS) is a bit slow on the uptake on Twitter. I'll keep looking for more details.
UPDATE CONT: The Department of Defense is reporting that they are pursuing the plane being shot down as a likely option, but they are not sure that the plane even went down.

Same, and that would've been much more satisfying because we would at least know where it went.

Rest in piece all the souls on board, and those poor soldiers who shot it down. Likely couldn't see it at cruise altitude. :(

According to the radio, it was said that they knew it was a passenger plane.

Apparently officials have approached the crash site and located burning wreckage and bodies, but no confirmation.

holy stuff WHAT

There's no confirmation the plane was actually shot down.

People need to get there stuff together.

The news can say whatever they want. I can actually believe that Russia is involved.

If this gets confirmed I am feeling like Ukraine will become apart of Russia.

Malaysia Airlines has made a cryptic report, saying that "an event occurred onboard." FlightAware.com is also reporting the flight path ends 31-50 mi from the Russian border.

For the record Pro-Russian rebels claimed to have shot it down.

Also this wouldn't be the first time something like this happened

Wow, luck really hates Malaysia.
