Internal or External brother what?

You mean Private or Public IP address?

There'd be no use for your Private IP address. There's a good chance some people have the exact same one as you.
Not even sure if there's a way to find out someone's Private address. I can guess your router's private IP though. Anyone could.

internal == private
external == public

they mean the same thing

and I was asking because my external didn't show up on the list

but then I checked my internal too and that wasn't there either

which is why I was confused

All the link does is track your IP.
As if I'm hiding it.

make sure you're looking for the right address by searching "IP" on google
also it might just not record IPv6 addresses? cus I don't see any of them at all on there, and google tells me mine is IPv6, so it's not even like it just happened that nobody who clicked on it had an IPv6 address

of course I'm using the right address, I just said I checked both

and I'm not using IPv6 either

that doesn't necessarily mean you checked in the right place

I went to school for network administration, I know where to check

I went to school for network administration

If this were true, you wouldn't have asked this:

wait does it get your internal or external IP
