well 25 is kinda not good cause for whatever reason if you're even just simply a single level below, you only deal like a 4th of your normal damage
so try to get to 26 if possible and sure definitely.
we'd just need 2 more people now.

I think, per level, its a 20% damage reduction. Also VoG can take more than 2 hours (world firsts took 12 hours, but it was the first time anyone has ever run it). But as long as you complete sections, you can leave and come back to the next part. It resets weekly.

Fix what exactly? They already patched the Rare/Legendary Engram decryption thing, and Tiger Vanguard strike playlists now drop Legendaries.
