Maybe the majority of the group lived? They found a safe haven where they could ( probably temporarily ) live. I hope this ending isn't as sad as S1, but a twist would be nice :)

I wouldn't be surprised if rebecca's baby died

if telltale lets you leave an impaled dog to bleed in agonizing pain and die alone then I think that would toughen you up for maybe having to shoot the baby since it was bitten or something

Depending on your choice of shooting Rebecca or asking for help, either Kenny or Luke will die.
Kenny dies by asking for help with Rebecca, since when that happens Kenny shoots her (I think? I didn't play that ending but I heard that), so the Russians fire on him before continuing to fire.
Luke dies by shooting her yourself, why Luke? Only because of the tension between the characters, and Telltale loves to forget with their players.
