I've already done stuff like this. I asked out my friend and her parents said no. She's interested though. Nothing changed, except my friends making perverted jokes and more awkward moments. But that was about it.

If you truly worship the friendship, the ultimate decision would be up to you. BUT you said you want to tell her. Just remember to clarify that you want to continue to be friends if she says no. Schedule some hangout and tell her there.

Too late man. You're so deep in the friendzone you'll never get out. It's likely she's bro-zoned you at this point. It'll be too awkward for her to like you back in that way.
