Author Topic: I figured out I'm in love with my best friend  (Read 4798 times)

"a complicated topic"?
Everybody has their own belief of what true love is. Nobody would go by the dictionary definition unless they weren't sentient, even though a lot of organisms are sentient.

Are you in love to a point that you desire loveual relations? Or do you just want a serious relationship with her?
what? there are people I don't even actually know, who I desire "loveual relations" with. loving someone is not a requirement for that
you've got it entirely backwards

so

if only non-sentient beings go by that definition. then sentience must be incredibly rare

Riddlers true love was to kill all jews

There's much more than "an intense feeling of deep affection" to a lot of people.

If you don't think she likes you, you might wanna wait to bring it up. Keep talking, keep hanging out, see where you think you are later.

Stiick it in her pooper... after you find out if she likes you or not.

take a joke man.
how do you "find out" you're in love with someone??
its different for str8 people m8.

anyways, op. Just hang out with her a little longer before telling her you like her. I suggest doing more things for her such as buying her things and complimenting her more often. Opening doors and sacrificing small things for her aswell

yo platonic love is cool. you're allowed to love your best friends aight. but if you're sure it's a romantic kind of love and that she'll be cool with hearing it, then go ahead and tell her

By the way, you know you don't have to confess "I love you" to them, right?

You can just ask them if they want to go out with you.
Ask them to dinner, or to the cinema, or the zoo or something.

You don't have to make it creepy. If they don't share the same sentiment then you're still just friends doing friend stuff.

A dream sparked my interest when I was 12.  I felt the floaty feeling for months afterward.

is this also a joke? I sure hope so
