Making foreign language support, specifically for chat, would be very difficult considering the fact that the character encoding set doesn't support languages with alphabets like the russian, greek, or chinese/japanese ones. Unless we switched to unicode, which would bring with it its own issues like zalgo spam.

its just a matter of thinking it in reversal, anyone who doesnt speak your language can be annoying

anyways, if this becomes a community add-on, i'd definitely help with the spanish translations
