I use goonmod and I have yet to be flagged as a cheater. If it doesn't mark you as a cheater, some people will still consider it cheating.

GoonMod is technically a cheat engine but the way it works is more fair than others. You need to work to unlock what you want, and the prices are reasonable.

I don't believe so. It still counts the packages as received even if you don't have the mod.

If you are gonna use explosive rounds on a secondary, use the Judge. Very excellent damage.
