Author Topic: Ask to Ban GUI  (Read 1302 times)

I would like an add-on where when an Admin/ Super Admin wants to ban and/or kick someone, it brings up a GUI to the host's client.

It will be formatted like this:

<AdminNameHere> would like to ban <VictimNameHere>(ID:<VictimIDHere>) for:

"<ReasonHere>"

Yes                      No

Yes, it can be spammed using a console command BUT it will be useful to find out which of the admins on your server are bad or good.

YES. but this would be horrable if the host is afk an an admin has to ban someone for breaking the rules

Only works if the Host is online maybe? I do like this idea, I might work on it at some point

Parent and package serverCmdBan and loop through all clients, see if they are the host, and if so, message the host, otherwise, use the normal ban. But you'd need to figure out a way if the host is AFK or not.

Could you use the AFK kicker's script to see if a person is afk or not?

If the host doesn't click no within 20 seconds, ban anyways. If he was busy for a minute or something he can just go to admin menu and unban them again.

....cooldowns

Nah.

If admin is spamming the command, guy should not be admin.

If admin is spamming the command, guy should not be admin.
That's probably why this add-on
will be useful to find out which of the admins on your server are bad or good.

Simple, admin people you trust, don't admin people you do not trust.
