Is it possible so that when I shoot an arrow through a fire emitter, it turns into a fire arrow dealing much more damage, or possibly even set the person shot on fire?

Arrows that START and hit firey: easily possible.

Arrows that start normal, pass through an emitter, and then become firey: not possible.

if you had any brick with the emitter raycast to any projectiles that might come through, it could work in theroy.

Space Guy has done this. Search for Ammo and only check add-ons or something.

No, he made the arrows firey when you shoot them, not when they collide with a fire emitter.
