well it's not a dress
the skirt's just a plain grey skirt. and you could probably find a sweater similar to hers without too much trouble if you just looked through a few stores

yeah, there's no official outfit in the game, so QR codes are best.
but to use the codes, you have to talk with Sable for a week straight so you can get the sewing machine.

gotta talk to sable, in the clothes shop, for a few days consecutively, then you'll be able to use qr codes.
