Numerous people have said Blockland II.

It's not outside the realm of possibility; Blockland's engine is dated and the add-on framework is kind of messy. Honestly, I could see it being a thing. A modern engine (Unity or hell even Source, which is old but it's been updated and still works wonderfully) with a real scripting language (Lua, Python, ECMA/JS, Ruby) and a decent model format (OBJ or DAE, for forget's sake) would be awesome.

i really hope he continues. i've been playing this game since i was 9 and badspot is pretty much one of my favorite developers because i just cannot stay away from this game

I highly doubt he would quit any soon after how the game got on steam and everything

Most likely, people will just host servers the same way MC does, they set one up then give people the address to it.  Idk

My prediction is that all of the problem users are going to try and gangbang some other un-popularized game.
