Yes.

Tell me games, yell at what color I should get, etc.

And I can't get this since it's not in America, but look at this loveiness.

i never play it, and I really, really want a 3ds.
Normally, I would tell you to keep the 360, but it doesn't seem of much use to you now.

So yeah, It's pretty good. I have one and it's great. Get a 2ds though, it's cheaper.

yes
paid membership is the worst

i never play it
isn't that what you said about GTAV, but then like a week later you were saying you wish you hadn't sold it?

it was a much longer time span and i only wanted it back due to the updates
i still never play it lol

if you don't want a console that folds shut :L

they're already dirt cheap on craigslist (where i would be buying it from) so im going to try and get a LoZ special edition (i've seen some for $150, which is around how much I think my xbox is worth give or take a few tens)

If you really aren't going to use the Xbox, then go ahead.
Otherwise I would say that you're likely to find more games you enjoy on the 360 compared to the 3DS.
If you definitely want a 3DS though and won't miss your Xbox then go for it.

But be aware that Tomodachi Life and Animal Crossing can get boring fairly quickly IMO. They're novel, but if you get bored with routine (especially in AC:NL) then you might be wasting a purchase if you're not used to those types of games.

Might I also suggest you grab yourself a decent SD card of good size. A 16 GB SD card will let you hold a fair few downloaded games, should you purchase from the Nintendo eShop (which generally I don't recommend if you're trying to get good deals, since the prices are stuck up on high there).

Also forgot to mention that I would be buying some Legend of Zelda and Mario games.

Personally I don't know of any truly good 360 titles but I haven't played many so take that with a grain of salt

the 3DS has a lot of stuff too but there are a couple gems, and various games you listed are some of them

I never use my 360 either and Im probably going to sell it in favor of a Wii U once I get around to it

Buy them from an online retailer or a shop, don't get them on the eShop.

Oh yeah I know, their prices are bull.

Would also be getting Phoenix Wright games.
