Can't find ze addon

A camera addon where you place a camera down and you can view from it. When you place it down you have a remote
you click then you view from your placed down camera. I tried the search. Search has failed me.

That is a great addon, but I suck at explaining, it is a camera that is black,white and gray.
But I will download Control player. Cool :0
